In order to protect the privacy of our customers all information related to the transactions of our customers is considered highly confidential. Here at Americangardensupply.com customer/transaction information is not rented, loaned, or sold to any third party organization. All transaction information is collected over a secure socket layer (SSL) and is used solely for payment/shipping duties. We are pleased to personally address any privacy question or concern with any of our customers. We do not sell, rent or trade e-mail addresses, nor will we ever send unsolicited e-mail. We send e-mail upon completion of your order to acknowledge your orders with us. Under no circumstances would we ever expose any of your financial information (e.g. credit card number) in email.
RETURNS
We offer a 15 day return on all undamaged products,unopened. when accompanied bv a receipt and in original packaging. Returns require an RA number which can be obtained by calling 763-631-0543 or by e-mailing info@americangardensupply.com. A restocking fee of 15% is charged on all returned merchandise. Special order items are not returnable.
We charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of the retailer's error.
**All other return shipping will be paid for by buyer, including a charge for the original shipping if the products were sent originally with our “Free Shipping”. |
